If you’re looking for a tasty keto granola, Diana’s Sprouted is a great choice! Our low-sugar granola is about as keto friendly as you can get when it comes to granola. We use a grain-free recipe, utilizing sprouted nuts and seeds. Our formulas are lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup and raw honey, two ingredients which are generally considered to have lower glycemic index ratings compared to traditional sweeteners. Our Pecan Cashew granola is the most keto-friendly in our lineup, having just 8 grams of carbohydrates per serving, alongside 3 grams of fiber, 13 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein! This carbohydrate content may or may not fit in with your ketogenic diet, depending on your overall macros and dietary preferences.
Our low-carb granola may be safe for diabetics, but it depends on your personal situation and blood sugar sensitivities.
