February became American Heart Health month to raise awareness to heart disease which affects both men and woman. There is a lot that you can do to keep your heart strong and healthy to prevent heart disease. Starting with Eating healthy, eating healthy can mean different things to different people so Healthline put together 15 incredibly Heart-Healthy Foods. Among the list you'll find berries, walnuts, almonds and seeds. I listed these because those are just a few yummy morsels that you'll find in Diana's Sprouted. The best part is we sprout everything that goes into our delicious mixtures and that means you absorb MORE of the nutrients that they have! So grab a bag of Diana's Sprouted today and be on your way to a happy healthy heart

I know I said I had a 'few' tidbits for you but that was a lot of information. So stay tuned for part 2 Get Active and happy healthy eating until then.
