Diana's Sweet potato Bake

2 sweet potatoes3-4 Tbs butter1 1/2 C Diana’s Sprouted Original granola2 -4 Tbs maple syrupPeel and slice in rounds.Place in 8”x8” baking dishCube butter and place on top.Sprinkle salt overCover with foil, place in 400 degree oven for 45 mins.Right before serving. Sprinkle granola over top and drizzle with maple syrup.Options: Use Diana’s Cranberry flavor granola
