Flu and Cold Drink: A Warming Wellness Tea for Cold Season

When cold and flu season hits, sometimes the best support comes from slowing down and reaching for simple, time-tested ingredients. This Flu and Cold Drink is a warming herbal-style tea made with ginger, garlic, lemon, and spices—ingredients traditionally used to support comfort, circulation, and respiratory wellness.

This recipe is not a cure, but it can be a soothing ritual when you’re feeling run down, chilled, or in need of extra care.

Why These Ingredients Are Used

  • Fresh ginger is traditionally used to support circulation and warmth

  • Garlic has long been included in immune-supportive foods

  • Lemon juice provides vitamin C and bright flavor

  • Cayenne adds gentle heat and may help open the sinuses

  • Eucalyptus is commonly associated with respiratory comfort

Together, they create a bold, warming drink that’s especially comforting during cold weather.
