Enjoy something warm and delicious with Diana's Sprouted. INGREDIENTS 1 ½ lb. sweet potatoes 1-yellow potato ½ cup sprouted lentils  2-inch minced Ginger root 1-13.5 oz. full fat can coconut milk 1/2 cup chopped green onion 3 garlic cloves crushed ½ teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon crushed chili flakes (optional) 4 cups vegetable broth Mix: 1 Teaspoon Chai powder ½ cup Sour cream or plain yogurt 1 cup Diana’s Sprouted Original Crusty sourdough Bread INSTRUCTIONSS Roast peeled an

Apple Crisp   Heat Oven to 400 for 15 mins then lower to 350 baking time 25 minutes 9x13 Pan   6-8 Local Apples Juicy ones 1 ½ Cup Original Flavor Diana’s Sprouted 1 Cup Walnuts 3 tsp cinnamon 4 T Brown sugar 1/8 tsp salt ¼ Cup butter or butter substitute ¼ Cup Organic Maple syrup or more Vanilla Ice Cream or substitute Ice cream   Peel, core and thinly slice apples mix cinnamon and 2 T maple syrup.  Spread in bottom of pan.
