Summer Salad Recipe with Sprouted Granola | Diana's Sprouted

A Fresh, Healthy Summer Salad Recipe with Homemade Dressing

Looking for a healthy summer salad recipe that's both satisfying and packed with nutrition? This colorful summer salad with sprouted granola is one of Diana's favorite ways to enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables while adding a delicious crunch from Diana's Sprouted Granola.

Unlike traditional croutons, sprouted granola adds plant-based protein, healthy fats, fiber, and wholesome sprouted nuts and seeds, making this salad a nourishing meal for lunch, dinner, or your next backyard gathering.

Why Add Sprouted Granola to a Salad?

You may think of granola as a breakfast food, but it makes an incredible salad topping!

Our grain-free sprouted granola is handcrafted with sprouted pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds. Sprouting helps improve digestibility while making naturally occurring nutrients more available for your body to absorb.

Each serving also provides:

  • 4–5 grams of plant-based protein

  • Healthy fats for lasting energy

  • Fiber to help keep you satisfied

  • Naturally occurring minerals like magnesium, zinc, and manganese

  • Delicious crunch without croutons

It's an easy way to transform an ordinary salad into a more balanced, nutrient-dense meal.

  5. Toss with the homemade dressing.

Tip for Easier Digestion

Want to make your salad even easier to digest? Try serving it slightly wilted by tossing the greens with the warm dressing before adding the sprouted granola. This softens the vegetables while preserving their fresh flavor and creates a comforting, restaurant-style salad.
